Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your lamp did not fully meet your expectations. The base of our Astro Vinyl lamp is made from hand-spun aluminium with a black anodised coating. We apologise for the issue with the bulb holder, as this component should not have been loose in the base. If you are able to provide images or a video showing the fit of the cap, our team will be happy to address this properly. To highlight the colour contrast, our website images are taken under studio lighting. The appearance can vary depending on ambient lighting at home, and we understand it is not always possible to match the look exactly in every setting. If you are not fully satisfied with the colour, we offer a 30 day return period and can arrange an exchange if needed. If you have any further concerns, please contact our customer service team.
