As outlined on our website, Mathmos does not currently ship to the USA and we advise against forwarding products internationally, as this can result in damage and is undertaken at the customer’s own risk. The damage reported was identified as having likely occurred during international transit. As the onward shipping was arranged independently and warranty coverage was voided at the time of export, we were unable to offer further support on this occasion.
