Unhelpful and intransigent would not use again! The product provided had a white skin, this is blatant mis-representation. I was offered a refund if I payed for the return postage after already paying For shipping on the "not as advertised" product!!

Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate your information when you called our Customer Services on the 2nd October. We asked you to return the Garlic so we could see what is going on with the productas all bulbs of the Carcassone we had were all to specification. A full refund of your postage cost was offered. Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry to hear the postage costs are not viable for yourself, The postage that we charge are set costs no matter how many items you order, orders will be charged £1.95 if you order seed and £4.95 for any other products. This charge is calculated not only on the postage cost but also the packaging and labour that is used to send the orders.
