Thank you for your feedback I am sorry to read you feel that we did not respond to your email. Our Cusotmer Service assistant sent you a response email on Friday 11th October at 10.31am. A copy of the email will be re-sent to you asap. A new pack of Caliente seed will be sent and i will ask our warehouse manager to check the other packs to ensure they are sealed well enough.
