Thank you for your feedback. We will look into the time taken for a parcel to be delivered to you once it has left us. We do agree that 7 days is too long. It is now a month since you left the feedback regarding the slow growing Caliente Mustard Green Manure. How is it now?. You only need it to grow to about 5 inches then it needs digging in to rot and fertilise your soil. Kind regards. Susan Nixon Customer Care Team

Delivery was ok I have had a pond for over 30 years - kept Koi/other fish - a healthy pond with many plants, UV light and Bio filter - maintained weekly. Blanket weed and scum has prevailed this...

Further to my feedback 8th October. In view of the mild weather and indeed higher temperatures we have experinced since 8th Oct the conclusion of the effectiveness of ECOSURE to clear pond and eradicate blanket week is poor - I still have blanket weed and the pond is not clear as portrayed by Unwins advert. I am prepared to have another go with ECOSURE, free of charge, as your advertisment indiactes " Just one application to rid blanket weed and scum ".
