The delivery was very late and only arrived after I had contacted them. This is not the normal service I receive as I have used them for many years and have always found them to be first class.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read you felt the Strawberry plants were late being delivered. Autumn continued to be very mild until October so the plants continued to grow happily and were not going dormant very quickly!. October is a usual month for the majority of Strawberry plant deliveries as you experienced in 2011 although, weather permitting, they can be despatched as early as September. We would never lift soft fruit unless it was well into its dormant stage. Kind regards Susan Nixon Customer Care Team
