I would have rated this as excellent were it not for the imposition of a £50 admin fee just to add a couple of extra people and a dog to the booking after it had been made. I do think this sum is...

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you are a little unhappy with our admin charge, unfortunately, due to the late changes to your booking our reservation team do have office procedures to follow.
