I see that you contacted us about one of the planters and we apologised and asked if you could send us some pictures to look into this. You mentioned that it was hard to show in a photo, so we suggested taking side-by-side images to show the differences more clearly. After you sent the photos, we noticed only a small variation between the two planters.
Since these planters are handmade, a little difference in size, shape and colour can happen, but we truly want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we offered to exchange it for another planter. Since we haven’t heard back from you, we thought you had decided to keep them. If there’s anything else we can do or if you would like to take up the exchange, this offer is still available for you.
