communication was excellent, prior to submission, packaging requirements, BDM support. Underwriting within SLA's. whole process very streamlined for a paper process.

flexible - a great string to any broker's bow.

I couldn't have obtained this level of borrowing with any other lender. MHBS assessed affordability rather than sticking rigidly to salary multiples. Was also able to do interest only.
