Thanks for your comments. We're really sorry you weren't happy with the online processes for the booking you made on 2 December. You of course received the Black Friday discount that was on offer but prices also depend on room type availability and by the time you booked, we were selling out of certain room types as demand was very high. You booked for 14 nights which also made a difference on price and room availability across two arrival days.
