makes me wonder where they park my car as there is 20 extra miles on the clock ?
I have just collected my car on arrival back in the UK . The facility of dropping off and collection is ideal , but I am wondering why there is an extra 20 miles on the clock ???

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to our Service Provider who informs me that your vehicle was taken to a secure, Park Marked overflow compound. This is quite common during busy periods. We hope the rest of the service lived up to your expectations.

The Gentleman who arrived to collect my car and take it to be parked, was very polite and professional. And was eager to ensure I was happy with the service.
