A very easy process Excellent prices Great customer servuce

Find the website easy to navigate. No charge for changing my car over not like other insurance companies who charge £25.

Went smoothly with collection and drop off, keep informed regularly and excellent repair.

Too early to comment on overall rating, but I have been with LV car and home insurance for many years and have always been happy with their service.
