We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of your trip, including the Rocky Mountaineer, the historical hotels, and the care and knowledge provided by your Travel Concierge. It is wonderful that you appreciated the extra stops and surprises she and your Coach Driver arranged, as well as the farewell dinner she organised for the group. We are also pleased that the meals, including those on the train and at the Indigenous restaurant, added so much to your experience. At the same time, we are sorry that certain elements of the trip did not meet your expectations. We apologise for the discomfort caused by the limo driver between Calgary and Banff, the confusion regarding your luggage pickup, and the service issues at The Douglas hotel in Vancouver. Your feedback regarding the harbour boat ride and the level of information provided by Limo Driver is also noted, and we will share these points with our Operations Team to review for future itineraries. We appreciate your understanding that the trip was not designed as an active adventure, but we are glad there were opportunities for independent exploration, such as your hike to Lake Agnes.
