We regret that on this rare occasion a change to your itinerary meant that your dining experience was not as you had anticipated. In such instances, where possible we will provide an alternative of a similar standard. However, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Likewise, if unforeseeable circumstances occur, our Tour Directors will always try to manage the tour to give you the best out of each destination. Nonetheless, we have forwarded all of your feedback to our Operations department to be reviewed and help to improve our future departures. I would recommend them and/or use them again. I was impressed with the hotels and the level of service we received there.
