The Gran Hotel La Florida selected for its luxury and stunning views has for our guests’ convenience a free shuttle service to take passengers into the city. Furthermore, we know that our guests' look forward to exploring the city and that's why we include many exciting sightseeing opportunities into this itinerary. 

Additionally, our guests will normally be contacted by their Travelling Concierge prior to their departure and provided with contact details, as well as useful information about tour. Therefore, we are sorry to learn that this may not have been the case on this rare occasion. However, our guests can find the contact information of our London Reception Centre in their Itinerary, who will always be available to provide assistance.
