We had the best tour guide (Francisco); the most luxurious accommodations and all in all just a wonderful experience. My few encounters with the customer service department were good as well.

I had a wonderful time visiting cities and places I had never visited before. Our guides were great and the activities were very interesting.
It was one of the best trip I have been on. I tried to hit all the stars to indicate excellent but couldn’t erase the first one. Sorry.
