Luxury Gold レビュー

Thank you for such a detailed and considered account of your trip. We are pleased that your Travel Concierge and Coach Driver's genuine warmth left such a strong impression, and that the home visits offered such an intimate and engaging insight into local life. We are sorry to hear, however, of the difficulties you encountered with the air conditioning at one hotel, and in particular the manner in which your concerns were addressed before the issue was eventually resolved. This does not reflect the standard of customer service we expect. We are equally sorry that the laundry service did not meet a reasonable standard, and we understand your frustration at having to rewash items you had paid to have properly cleaned and folded. We are pleased that the final hotel made such a positive impression, and we note your suggestion that a few additional days would have allowed more time in the towns visited along the way. We appreciate, too, your kindness in recommending our tours to others despite these setbacks, and thank you for taking the time to share such thorough and constructive feedback.

Thank you for such a generous review of your Luxury Gold tour of Ireland. We are pleased that the accommodation, dining and sights all met a five-star standard, and that your Travel Concierge's professionalism and knowledge, together with your Coach Driver's evident skill in handling the coach, added so much to the experience. We are pleased, too, that the variety of locations and the freedom to explore shops, restaurants and trails independently at each stop contributed to such a well-rounded trip. Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback, and for your kind recommendation of this tour to future travellers.

We are also pleased that the train travel and hotels were well received, and that your Travel Concierge and Coach Driver both made such a positive contribution to the trip.
