Books arrived in 2-3 days from ordering. They were all brand new. The STEM books set is very good.

Books arrived within time of dates stated when ordering they were well packaged and in good condition. Would order again from them and highly recommend
I sent several complaints with pictures because the book I ordered had a default; but I just received automatic answers saying they cannot exchange the product. I feel I should not have trusted them
