We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. To clarify, our delivery service is advertised as free to customers, however the cost is covered by us and paid to our logistics partners. It is not a free service to the business, and return charges reflect the costs incurred when arranging collection, as set out in our Terms & Conditions agreed at the point of purchase. We understand you may be disappointed, however all delivery and return charges are clearly outlined prior to ordering, and by placing the order these terms are accepted. We do not agree with the characterisation of our business. We aim to operate transparently and fairly at all times, and we remain committed to providing clear information and a reliable service to all customers.

We’re really sorry for the frustration this caused, we completely understand how inconvenient it is to clear your room and then not receive your delivery as planned. In this case, the delay was due to an issue with our third-party delivery partner, who unfortunately didn’t receive the item at their warehouse in time for your scheduled slot. That said, we know that doesn’t make the situation any less disappointing, and we take responsibility for ensuring you’re kept properly informed. As discussed, we did actively chase the delivery and stayed in contact to get this resolved as quickly as possible, although we appreciate it took longer than expected. We’re also sorry for the confusing timing of the review request, this is automated and clearly wasn’t appropriate given the circumstances.
