So sorry to hear about your unusual experience with our site this week. Despite all of our extensive testing - very occasionally when we make a new change to the site it causes an unforeseen problem. Since we have launched the site this has only happened twice - for a total of ten minutes in all.
Sadly you happened to be shopping when a problem emerged this week after one of the site changes. We were offline for about 5 minutes while were reversed the changes and made everything stable again. Sadly your experience of our site was terribly affected by this. Again - you have our apologies of that.
We've written to you directly and hope that our gesture of refunding the cost of your order goes some way to compensating you for a bad experience.
We'll work hard to ensure it doesn't happen again.
