Easy to negotiate around website. Lots of choice. Simple to find what I was looking for. Ordering was simple as a guest but may become a regular customer and service was so quick.
However I paid for longer length 5mm needles when I ordered via eBay. I got the order wrong and asked for 4mm instead but was only sent the shorter version
I was very impressed with the speed of service, how easy the website was, and the fact that you wrapped your wool in tissue paper. That showed me you cared about your product.
