After this poor service with delivery of incorrect needles and unpaid postage, the response from loveknitting has been excellent.
I reported the problems to them on Saturday afternoon, by Saturday evening I had received sincere apologies, promise to review their returns procedure and order refund. And I'm please to say I have now received the correct needles.
So I am changing my rating of them from poor to good.
Outstanding service, speedy despatch and great care taken with packaging. Will definitely recommend and use again. (Just a shame that the Royal Mail don't know the meaning of 1st class (despatched...
