Good afternoon June. Thank you for your review, we do offer all our customers the contact details and office hours of the Transfer providers and this is supported by a 24-hour emergency contact number. All these details are printed on our confirmation emails which you receive after booking.

Thank you for your review and comments.
It does state on our website homepage who Looking4Transfers are and what service we provide prior to purchase and through the booking it states which transfer provider you are booking with. The tickets with Airport Bus Express are All open tickets, so if you don’t take the bus at the time that you booked, you can use the ticket on any other Airport Bus Express at any time, there is no need to advise anyone of this change and/or amend your order.
In light of this, we feel that your comments and feedback are not a fair reflection on the service as a whole.
