Looking4Parking.com are an online booking agent for car parks at airports worldwide, our offices are based in Leeds and we don't own/operate the car parks or provide the services.
Your complaint was with the meet and greet service that you used and as we don't provide this service, we are unable to comment on or investigate your complaint.
We passed your complaint across to the meet and greet provider as per our complaints procedure who investigated the matter and responded promptly, this response was then passed across to yourself.
We can only apologise that you were unhappy with the response received from the car parking company.
