Dear Dan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review
We apologise on the car parks behalf if the ANPR system did not recognise your vehicle and that the car park were unable to locate your booking.
For future reference if there are any issues on arrival please contact us as soon as possible and for the official airport car park we can check the car park system and provide the car park reference if required.
Kind regards,
The SkyParkSecure.com Team
