Thanks for your feedback. With this bag we put all the padding on the outside of the bag to stop outside impacts from damaging a paddle. Most people only carry one paddle in the bag but if you are putting more paddles inside we leave it to the user to arrange them in such a way that they are happy with. You may wish to add a separator between the paddles if you deem this necessary. Best regards, Lomo Watersport
