I’ve been asked for feedback. But I have not received my order. Nor have I been told whether or not it has been dispatched.

As your postcode falls out of our standard delivery we are unable to send this with our standard 24hr service; as stated in our delivery policy: "Our current standard delivery (24Hrs Tracked delivery) service does not cover the postcodes listed below: FK18-19, IV1-99, HS1-99, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH17-26, PH30-39, PH40-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-99, BT, IM, JE, GY, AB.
