We reached out with an alternative option well in advance of your pickup date, but we understand it wasn’t the right fit for you and respected your decision with a full refund. While we're disappointed things didn’t align this time, we hope it’s clear this change came from a place of prioritizing rider safety and delivering only the best quality experiences.
