Appalling contact hung onto phone for 45 mins and 28 mins then emailed still no response after 6 days and I need to change policy!

Very quick response to review, shame not same to email, however I feel you have listened and taken on board my concerns. Your products are very good and competitive but need to be backed up by good communication.
