Hello Brenda! We're sorry that you found this product to not be ideal for you. Due to our return policy that is at poolsupplies.com/page/returns-policy, the restocking fee had to be added to your return fee due to the float already being used in the water and there were no issues with the float itself. We appreciate your feedback and will take your review into account as we update our product pages for future reference. Thank you for your review!

I received a solar panel from them and the box was torn and some parts where missing they went above and beyond to get the parts to me and they did this quickly so I could get it installed.
