Chalet, hosts and travel excellent, food quality has slipped.
Chalet, the new Jet 2 flight from Gatwick and transfers were excellent. The hosts were friendly and attentive. I do not like the extra day off now and believe staff levels should be increased to...

Hi Stephen, We review our menu regularly and your comments will be taken into account along with all our customer feedback. We have considered the various options regarding 5 or 6 days catering. Adhesion to French regulations means that the staff have to have two days off per week and to increase the staff levels to provide cover in all our 31 chalets is just not feasible. Many guests have said they prefer the opportunity to eat locally on two nights. Thanks again for taking the time to let us have your comments. Liz

Food was good, chalet was exceptional. Needs lighting outside around and to the hot tub as this walkway is a hazard.
