My Claim was dealt with from start to finish with professionalism.
Very satisfied with the manner in which my Claim was handled throughout the process.from the initial telephone call through to approval and completion of the necessary repair work.
Very Poor from what I considered was a premium service.
Contact with Kindertons was almost impossible through an impenetrable phone system.
I had to drive the process from the start. I was not to blame for the crash/damage but felt that nobody was...
Poor communication and made me use a repairer 40 miles from home and then would not reimburse me for the travel costs unless I provided proof.
