Cheap but expect to spend a lot of time waiting
It was very slow. I spent far too long waiting in the car park given their requests to call ahead, which I did.

Good drop off : delay on pick up -42 mins after 2nd call . Unclear literature abt parking fees - paid on drop off / not on pick up . No desk at T2 .

Car hire at LHR
Excellent service, very clear steps given to drop and collect our car. Amazing customer service on the day we dropped the car and collected it from all staff.
