The staining you describe is typically cosmetic and can occur on stainless steel cookware depending on cooking temperatures, food types, and mineral deposits from water. These marks do not affect the performance or safety of the pan and can usually be removed with the appropriate cleaning methods. As your order was placed in October 2025 and this is the first time the issue has been brought to our attention, we have not previously had the opportunity to provide troubleshooting or cleaning advice. We would have been happy to assist, as there are several methods that can help remove stubborn staining, including the use of our Swiss Cleaner and other recommended cleaning techniques where appropriate. We're pleased to hear that the non-stick performance has met your expectations. We have now emailed you the cleaning instructions for your Allround Uncoated 24cm Frying Pan, as the marks shown appear to be oil residue and should be removable by following the recommended cleaning method.
