Poor unprofessional waiting for order over 2 moth because of the cup that in the end didn’t received. Not even been offered to replaced with different product

Delivery could be done by less than 3 months. When you offer some bonuses or free gifts, you not supposed inform costumer that you gonna send refund (£0,00) for that canceled item.
