Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your discomfort and that the children did not enjoy their experience with us. We use music to create a welcoming atmosphere, similar to that of a birthday party. Clearly, we’ve not got this right – a night out in Ibiza isn’t quite the atmosphere we’re looking for! We’ll ensure that this is reiterated in our training with our coaches and that the children should be excited through the games, fun, enjoyment and engagement of the activities, not simply on the level of volume that is being produced through a speaker.
