I’m sorry to hear that this year’s experience has not been as good as previous years. We try to get parents involved as much as possible so that they have an insight into the coaches and activities that their child will have done during the week. Keeping parents outside of the end of day awards and a 30 minutes of explanation is not the idea – we’ll certainly ensure that this is addressed in our training programme for the future.
