We're so pleased that Phil helped made the week so enjoyable and that he helped your son feel so welcomed and at ease during his time on camp. We have so many stories of Red Tops bringing the most out of children during their time on camp and helping them adapt to life at camp, and Phil is no exception! We also appreciate your suggestion about adding more swimming sessions, however the availability and consistency of swimming throughout the week is subject to the venue’s pool facilities and operational capacity and isn't entirely within our control. With regard to adjustment requests, you are welcome to get in touch with our membership team who are available Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm on 0114 2632160 if you had any specific information that you would like to share ahead of camp starting. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your daughters and nieces felt so unwelcome during their time at camp. The behaviour you describe is not what we expect from the children at our camps and it does not reflect the inclusive environment we strive to create. While we took action when the concerns were raised, we are sorry that this did not improve their overall experience. Your comments will be escalated to our operations team, and we will continue to reinforce our expectations around respectful and inclusive behaviour.
