I have never experienced such poor customer service then I have with Kelly's They moved my items to St Albans from Oldbury without telling me then charged me to move it back. I wasted a whole day...

Everything about Kelly's is great. They're friendly, reliable, flexible and efficient. I really couldn't have asked for more. They came on time, packed efficiently and were polite and friendly too....
