I am sorry that this has not arrived. I have looked into your order and it does seem FedEx have been unable to get to the address when someone was available. I have sent you an email showing what we can do for you. please have a quick look and we will be more then happy to try and help as customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority!
The good side is the paper was a good price and arrived very quickly, next day.
The downside was it looked like it had been kicked down the road rather than transported.
One box was semi taped...

Thank you for your feedback. i am sorry to hear that the item arrived to you in this condition, and you are not able to use all the reams of paper on your order.
