When placing an order on the telephone KCS always give immediate feedback if items are out of stock. Orders are promptly delivered too and well packaged.
Always very efficient and polite and we never have to wait very long for resources to be delivered.

I am very sorry , the online order must have been delayed and was not on the system when we placed the e mail order for you. Please call 08082819440 and we can arrange a collection . There should not be an issue in reaching us as we are not experiencing high levels of calls currently
