The process of setting up an account took months and then my first order did not arrive after 2 months, then i had to chase it

Thank you for your comments , your establishment have had an account with ourselves for many years so please accept our apologies for any confusion that may have arisen.
The order in question was placed on 29th September and delivered on 30th September .

Thank you Gillian for your prompt reply, and your apology is welcome, though your version of the story is different to mine. I do not particularly wish to continue this discussion but do think that, for your organisation's learning purposes, it should be acknowledged that my simple order for a box of paper was placed on 27th July and chased on 27th August and again on 28th September.

All orders are placed for next day delivery. Unfortunately with this order being received at 3:45 on 22/09 we missed the 2pm cut off. Please accept our apologies that a delivery date wasn't confirmed on the call.
