What a nightmare! No more vouchers from this firm ever please!

I am currently in dispute with the company as no hotel accommodation had been arranged at the two hotels we were sent to. So far no response to my complaint.

The show was amazing, the hotel experience was very disapointing

When i checked into the hotel the incorrect dates had been booked, which resulted in us having to pay for an additional night even though we had already paid, we were only staying 2 nights it took me...

Poor Customer Service

Customer service poor when you have a problem with your booking. Allocated different seats to the ones I booked, wasn't told by the company and only found out as happened to look on the website and...
