I am so glad that you had such a great experience from our customer service team! Gisela Mayer provides their own tag and we add our Judy Plum tag to provide additional care instructions to our customers. The reason for the differing names on the tags is simply because we used to have another wig called Cindy (now discontinued) so we renamed this wig in our system to avoid confusion between these two wigs! Gisela Mayer no longer provides their own individual wig boxes in bulk orders, so we always pop our wigs into fresh Judy Plum boxes when they arrive to protect them whilst they're on their way to you and so you have a place to store them when they arrive. I hope that's cleared up any confusion. Have a great day!
