We're pleased to hear that you've found our sales team and drivers friendly and helpful, although we're sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery service. Having reviewed your most recent order, we can confirm that it was placed on 25th September with an agreed delivery window of 26th September through to 8th October. We acknowledge that your delivery was initially scheduled for an earlier date within this window and unfortunately, we were unable to complete it as planned. We appreciate this would have been disappointing, and we apologise for the inconvenience. However, we did issue communication advising of the change and confirming that we would be in touch with a revised delivery date. Your order was subsequently delivered on 8th October, which was the final day of your original agreed delivery window. While we appreciate the frustration caused by the change to your scheduled delivery date, we would like to clarify that your order was fulfilled within the original time frame provided, rather than being delayed beyond it. We always aim to complete deliveries as early as possible within the agreed window, and we recognise the importance of keeping customers informed when plans change.
