Thank you fortaking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns and were sorry to note that the Versatile top did not come up to your expectations. When we receive comments like this that the product looks different to the image we look at the product and image and if necessary re photograph the item. We are now doing this with this item and will make any adjustments that might needed to the item. Again thanks for raising this point and sorry for the item not being as you expected. Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We note your point about free returns, which at this present point in time we do not offer. Where a number of companies offer free returns the costs of the return have to come from somewhere, and that cost is built in to the price you pay for their product. At Joe Browns we want to keep the products we sell at a realistic price and not to inflate them by offering free returns or free packing and postage.
