Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We note your point about free returns, which at this present point in time we do not offer. Where a number of companies offer free returns the costs of the return have to come from somewhere, and that cost is built in to the price you pay for their product. At Joe Browns we want to keep the products we sell at a realistic price and not to inflate them by offering free returns or free packing and postage.
