We’re sorry to hear about your frustration with the delivery. We can confirm that your parcel was handed over to Royal Mail on 20 January, and once items are with Royal Mail, delivery is usually made within 48 hours. We kindly recommend checking any safe places around your property, as well as with neighbours or other household members.
As Royal Mail require 15 working days to pass from the dispatch date before an investigation can be raised, please contact us this Friday, 6 February, if the parcel hasn’t been found.
