Jemca Car Group was formed from the successful amalgamation of Jemca in North London and the McCarthy Group in South London in 2003. In 2012 Jemca Car Group successfully acquired three new sites previously owned by the Octagon Group, expanding the business further across the South East. The Group is owned by TTC (Toyota Tsusho Corporation); an established Japanese holding company with worldwide interests, and over 428 companies with particular expertise in the automobile sector.
