Excellent accommodation. Owner was most helpful booking restaurants and trips for us. Lots to do and visit in the area.

Dear Mr Bailey, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not find the house up to your expectations. We did indeed try to find you something suitable for your request that was within your budget, specifically, air conditioning. At the time of your booking we mentioned that Casa Mirra does not have air conditioning and we did say that, instead, we can provide you with an air cooler and fans, which we did. An air cooler, of course, will not be as effective as an air conditioning machine and you did encounter higher than normal temperatures this summer, which was unfortunate, however, I would like to point out that an air conditioning machine was never promised. Dear Mr Aitken, thank you for your feedback. We regret to see that you did not enjoy the villa fully. I know that there was an issue with the water being cut off for a few hours at the villa. We were notified, after your stay, by the local water board that at the time of your stay, there was unfortunately a shortage of water in the area, that affected most of Sorrento. As we did not hear from you at all during your stay, we presumed you were enjoying your holiday. For any issues at all, minor or otherwise, we always kindly ask our clients to contact us so we can make sure to fix them promptly. Best regards, Italian Breaks
